Jerry Dietz/CSP Management
Project Manager
Jerry Dietz has owned and operated C.S.P. Management for 19 years. The company has overseen the renovation and/or restoration of many properties over that time. Notable renovations include: 108 W. Buffalo St.; 504 University Ave.; The historic Stone Building in Dryden (8 - 10 W. Main St.) and 430 W. State St (the new Mama Goose location).
History and Services: C.S.P. Management (formerly Cayuga Sunset Properties) is a full service property management firm which was started by Jerry Dietz in 1990. They presently manage apartment units in the Ithaca, Trumansburg, Dryden, Cortland & surrounding areas. CSP serves a broad spectrum of the rental population (i.e. students, professionals, low income families, etc.) and are well versed in the workings of related housing agencies including the Ithaca City Building Department.
Construction/Maintenance Crew: The maintenance staff consists of ten year round full time employees. Additional summer staff is hired according to project needs. The full time staff is capable of handling most plumbing, electrical and other maintenance issues that arise. However, when city codes require that licensed individuals do the work they typically have used HSC Associates or Donohue Halverson Plumbing and Heating and Pleasant Valley Electrical Contractors for these services. All staff members are equipped with cellular phones and drive vehicles owned and outfitted by C.S.P. Management.

Services include: feasibility studies, financial studies, and complete designs. Past Clients include the Riant Theatre, Victoria Theatre, Vital Theatre, Pregones Theatre, Chattaqua Opera House, Teatro Circulo, IATI, and Choices Theatre Company.

The firm designed the Riant Cultural Center which included 3 theatres: black box, 125 seat venue, and 300 seat theatre, all necessary support spaces, Green room, rehearsal spaces, and rental studios. For the Pregones Theatre in the Bronx, Lee+AA recently completed a project very similar to the Kitchen Theatre’s new venue. Ms. Lee was trained by Mitchell Kurtz, a well known small theatre architect in New York City. He was a former actor-turned-architect.
