TICKET POLICIES

Refunds, Exchanges & Rain Contingency Policy- It is our general policy not to issue refunds for ticket or subscription purchases. Despite this policy, we may elect to, but do not hereby obligate ourselves to, offer you an opportunity to receive a full or partial refund for your purchase, depending upon your individual circumstances. Regular exchanges can be made within 48 hours of the ticketed performance. For single ticket holders, an exchange fee of $7.00 per ticket will be applied. For subscribers, an exchange fee will be waived. However, for all patrons, there may be an upgrade fee depending on your new performance date. All events that are cancelled for any reason will afford patrons, both subscribers and single ticket holders, the opportunity to make a free exchange for another event date. In the event of a cancellation, Kitchen Theatre Company will contact all ticket holders with instructions about exchange options if they have provided their telephone number or email address. All requests for exchanges must be made within the 48 hours following the cancelled event. Patrons that the theatre is unable to reach within 48 hours will have their ticket converted into a non-refundable donation. If you believe you qualify for a refund or would like to make an exchange, please contact KTC via email at exchanges@kitchentheatre.org, or via telephone at 607-272-0570.

Late Seating- Kitchen Theatre Company has a no late seating policy. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance begins. In the event of inclement weather, we may hold the performance for late arrivals, but please do your best to allow enough time for safe travel. Kitchen Theatre Company’s Lobby and Box Office are open one hour before each performance.

Lost Tickets- If you misplace your tickets for a single play, visit the Box Office on the night of your performance and we will reprint your tickets.

Unusable Tickets- If you have a ticket you are unable to use, we suggest introducing someone new to the theater by giving your ticket to a friend. You may also donate unusable tickets back to us. The price you paid is a tax-deductible gift to the theater, which we will acknowledge with a donation letter.

Parking & Location- On-street parking is free on weekends and after 6:00pm on weekdays. There is also parking available after 7:00pm on weekdays at the following buildings: Napa Auto Parts (directly across the street from the theater), Diane’s Downtown Auto (on the corner of MLK and Corn), Human Services Building (320 W. State St.). There are two handicapped parking spaces in front of the theater marked with the blue parking meter covers.
