
Abigail Frances
Development Associate
Abigail Frances (she/her) is a theatre artist, musician and writer from Seneca Falls, NY. In Spring of 2026, she graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing. Most notably at IC she assistant directed the musical Little Women (Fall ‘25) and the opera Acis and Galatea (Spring ‘26) as well as participating in the New Voices Literary Festival as a student guide (Spring ‘25 and ‘26) and serving on the executive board for IC Tap Company her senior year. Most recently, she was a grant writing and marketing intern for the Finger Lakes New Works Festival’s second season as well as the assistant director for two of their productions: a musical workshop of Flourish, and Daughters (Hijas): A New Musical, which made its professional debut in June here at KTC as a co-production between FLNWF and Walking on Water Productions after 10 years of development.
Abigail is so proud, grateful and excited to be stepping into her new role at Kitchen. She’d like to remind everyone to see the good, be kind to themselves, and to get off their phones and into the world! Going to the theatre is a great first step.
