Kara-Lynn is thrilled to be back at Kitchen Theatre Company after directing the world premiere of her weightlifting play SHAPE here in 2021. She directed it again at Kitchen Dog Theatre/Dallas in 2024 and is currently creating an immersive production of SHAPE with The Catamounts in Denver, Colorado for 2027-2028. She recently directed National Rolling World Premiere of The Happiness Gym at The Vortex theatre in Austin, TX, where she is developing a rock/opera/dance theatre take on Ubu Roi with composer Johan Solo and choreographer Kate Herlihy for 2028.
