We’re Growing Our Team at Kitchen Theatre Company

At Kitchen Theatre Company, we believe in bold storytelling, community connection, and the collaborative work it takes to bring powerful theater to life. Both roles are part of a small but mighty team working behind the scenes to support the artists, audiences, and partners who make our season possible. These positions are ideal for thoughtful, proactive individuals who are energized by purpose-driven work and want to contribute to a creative, community-rooted organization.
