Setting Up Your Cuebox Account
To create a Cuebox account to view or manage your tickets:
1. Visit kitchentheatre.org/tickets
2. Click the person icon (top right)
3. If you’ve created an account already, enter your email and password; otherwise, click the “Sign Up” link at the bottom of the pop-up. Create an account using the email you typically use to purchase tickets.
Once you’re set up and logged in, you’ll be able to view your tickets, make exchanges, and purchase new ones anytime by clicking on the circle on the top-right with your initials and selecting “Events” from the dropdown.
Redeeming A Flex Pass
Your pass is already in your account—no code needed.
To book tickets:

Follow steps above to create an account and login (if you haven’t already)

Select your performance, date, and seats

Choose “Subscriber Flex Pass” (not General or Student) as your ticket type—it will appear as $0

Add to cart and complete your order
The system will track your remaining tickets automatically.
How To Exchange Tickets
Select tickets to exchange
1. Follow steps above to create an account and login (if you haven’t already)
2. Go to your events page.
3. Select the show you would like to exchange
4. Select Exchange Tickets
5. Select one or more tickets you'd like to exchange.
6. Select change ticket
Select new tickets
1. You will automatically be taken to the ticketing page of the show you want to exchange
2. Select the date that you would like to move your tickets to
3. Select your seat(s)
4. Different ticket types will pop up when you select the seat, please select the same ticket type as before (ie. Subscriber, General, etc..)
Please note the total number of new tickets must be equal to or greater than the number being exchanged
Checkout and confirm
1. Once your have selected your new tickets select checkout
2. If the new tickets are the same price as the originals, no payment is required — simply confirm the exchange. If the new ticket(s) costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
3. Once complete a confirmation with your new tickets will be sent to your inbox.
